Simple, easy and super tasty crackers - watch them disappear!
Place almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Divide into 4 balls. Place each ball of dough onto a baking paper lined tray.
Cover each ball of dough with a piece of baking paper and roll out dough to 0.5cm thick using a rolling pin. Repeat until all dough has been rolled out.
Cut each dough into 5 cm squares using a pizza cutter or a knife. Separate crackers slightly on the tray.
Sprinkle the crackers with extra salt and pepper as desired.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
VARIATION:
Instead of adding salt and pepper to the recipe, add a packet of dark choc chips instead for a sweet variation.
I would recommend making both styles each batch and have both on hand depending on your mood that day (sweet or savoury).
