A jaffa-flavoured snack which is sure to please.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, dark chocolate, and orange zest.
In a small bowl, combine eggs and either honey or brown rice syrup.
Mix wet ingredients into dry, thoroughly using a fork.
Form dough into 2 circles and place each dough onto the centre of a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Press the dough with your hands until the dough is about 2cm in thickness, whilst still keeping a round shape.
Cut both doughs like a pizza using a knife, into 8 slices each.
Using a spatula, separate each piece from the centre to allow for even cooking.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
