clue 2a

CLUE #2: You suffer with GI issues (including food intolerances & allergies)

Gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances refers to issues involving the gastrointestinal tract, which includes the mouth, oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine (or colon), rectum, and anus,  and the accessory organs of digestion, the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

Your digestive tract has a big job to do and when there’s a problem with the system, the signs are easy to recognize – nausea, vomiting, acid reflux pain, gas, bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, belly pain, even rectal bleeding.

It is estimated that over 85 percent of all adults in western society suffer from some form of digestive disease or problem. This can lead to enzyme deficiency, microbial imbalance, motility issues, detoxification abnormalities, intestinal permeability and inflammation.
