Simple and quick to prepare - watch it disappear just as quickly!
Remove all the mint leaves from their stems and rinse them thoroughly with water.
Squeeze the mint leaves to remove excess water. Place on a chopping board and chop until fine.
In a medium bowl, add the yoghurt, chopped mint leaves and dry dill powder (fresh dill can certainly be used instead).
Mix until well combined.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Enjoy with salads, fresh vegetables (eg celery, cucumber, capsicums), and meats/seafood of choice.
