A fudgy, flourless & fabulous chocolate treat.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a thin layer of oil/butter.
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth and no clumps visible.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
Cook the brownies for 15-20 minutes, then let cool for at least 10 minutes before trying to cut. If they still look a bit soft, place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and they will magically firm up before cutting.
Cut into 9 squares and serve.
