You will first need a clean 12 ounce or 350mL (or larger) mason jar with a lid on hand.
Slice the orange thinly, then chop into small pieces. Transfer to the mason jar.
Julienne the ginger, then cut it into small pieces. Add to the mason jar.
Crush and finely chop the garlic cloves and add to the mason jar.
Pour honey over the concoction until all the ingredients are covered. Mix well and add more honey if there is still room until all ingredients are well coated and mixture resembles a thick cough syrup.
Store on the bench. Keeps for 3 months or more.
ADULT DOSAGE :
Eat a teaspoon 2 to 3 times per day for wellbeing.
