Initial Consultation (Offsite)

90-120 minutes – $275

A comprehensive analysis of presenting complaints with relevant treatment regimens.

How Offsite Consults Work…

  1. Once a consultation has been booked, I will touch base with you via mobile/email to ask how you wish to connect with me offsite.

  2. I WILL CONNECT WITH YOU at the scheduled consult time booked, using any of the methods mentioned above.

  3. I will take notes during the session as we chat and you will have the chance to have all your questions answered. I will also comment on any pathology results received.

  4. Post the consult, I then propose/edit the new/current treatment plan according to what is noted from the session.

  5. I will send you a copy of the treatment plan via email, along with an invoice with the cost of any products needed to cover the next month or until your follow-up consult.

  6. Once I receive payment for the goods, items will either be personally delivered to your home FREE OF CHARGE (minimum order value of $100 applies) or sent home via Australia Post (Express Post) if outside the Melbourne Metro region, including regional Victoria or interstate clients (postage fee depending on location).

  7.  I request a payment receipt as your confirmation of payment which can be sent to me via email or simply via an SMS screenshot of your bank receipt.

  8. All upcoming follow-up consults booked through me will need to be paid within 48 hours of the scheduled consult. I will send out an invoice for your next follow-up consult one week prior, giving you enough time to make payment ahead of that consult.

Before this consultation, you will be asked to complete a brief intake questionnaire form, which you will receive via an email once your booking is confirmed. This intake form is a requirement of all initial clients which needs to be completed and returned to me as soon as possible and no later than the previous business day before the planned consultation. Monday appointments must especially have their intake form returned by the previous Friday at 8 pm.
If I fail to receive the intake form in time, the initial appointment will need to be cancelled and rescheduled for another day.
I also request any recent pathology be sent to me before the consult begins so I can assess ahead of time.

Cancellation Fees:

A fee of $50 will incur for any cancellations (initial, follow-up, extended or review) made on the day of the scheduled appointment since that spot can now no longer be given to someone else.
