Provides soothing and fast relief!

INGREDIENTS:
 3 brown onions, peeled
 1 ½ cups raw honey
 extra raw honey, as needed
METHOD:
1

You will first need a clean 12 ounce or 350mL (or larger) mason jar with a lid on hand.

2

Slice and dice all the onions.

3

Add a handful of the onions to the mason jar and top with ~2 tablespoons of honey. Repeat layering the onions and honey until all the onions are added to the jar.

4

Add an extra heavy topping layer of honey and mix until well combined. Extra honey can also be added if there is still room in the mason jar.

5

Store the syrup in the fridge. It will last for 3 months and more.

6

A watery-syrup will form quite quickly but for best results, wait 1 week before straining the onions from the syrup.

7

Transfer the resulting strained syrup into a smaller mason jar.
