A healthy and delicious cake that's great for weight loss

INGREDIENTS:
 4 ripe bananas
 1 egg
 1 tbsp vanilla extract
 3 tbsp Lankato monk fruit or sweetener of choice
 1 ½ cups plain gluten free flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ½ tsp Himalayan salt
 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a rectangle baking pan (~25cm x 12cm) with baking paper, allowing the edges to overhang.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork.

Add the egg and mix using a wooden spoon until well blended. Then add the vanilla extract and sweetener and mix again with the wooden spoon. Set this bowl aside.

Using a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined with a wooden spoon,

Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mix, using a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients. Fold the mix until well combined.

Add the melted butter and stir once more until well mixed through.

Using a spatula, pour the mixture evenly into the baking pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer placed in the cake comes out clean.
