A great way to use left-over sauce! Create a quick and easy dinner in no time at all.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Arrange cooked ground mince mixture into a small baking dish. Make 2 holes with a spoon and crack the eggs into them.
Sprinkle cheese of choice on top.
Bake in the oven for ~30 minutes or until the eggs are done.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly since the mixture can get very hot.
Serve with a side of salad or simply on its own.
