Delicious cheesy rolls that will disappear before your eyes!

INGREDIENTS:
 2 cups almond flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 2 ½ cups shredded choice of choice (eg Cheddar)
 4 eggs
 ¼ cup milk of choice (eg A2, goats)
METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Combine almond flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

Add in the shredded cheese and mix with a fork.

Create a small well in the centre of the mixed ingredients. Add the eggs and milk to the centre and gently whisk the two ingredients with a fork until just combined.

Bring in the flour/cheese from the sides of the bowl and mix using the fork once more until a sticky batter forms.

Using your hands, gently drop 12 portions of the batter onto the prepared baking trays, about 5 cm apart.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

VARIATIONS:

Instead of shredded cheese, feta cheese can be used instead along with some sundried tomatoes.

Chopped bacon can also be added for extra flavour if desired.

For an Aussie icon version, Vegemite can also be dolloped onto the shredded cheese versions as the last step.
