A cleansing juice that your tastebuds will love.

INGREDIENTS:
 4 apples
 8 carrots
 3 medium sized beetroots, peeled
 2 cm length of ginger
METHOD:

Wash all your produce. There is no need to peel carrots and apples if they are organic, but make sure to peel beetroots. If produce is not organic, peel them all first.

Cut the apples and beetroot into quarters so they do not get stuck in your juicer feed. There is no need to core the apples since the pips are beneficial to good health (they contain the anticancer nutrient, amygdalin or vitamin B17). Also, keep the apple stems too since they contain fibre and iron.

Feed all the produce through the juicer and process at the slowest speed

Place the juice into mason jars and drink throughout the day. The juice is best consumed immediately but it does last up to 24 hours.
