Chocolate mousse with a healthy twist

INGREDIENTS:
 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
 2 ripe avocados, flesh scooped
 2 tbsp nut butter (such as hazelnut, almond or cashew)
 ½ cup raw cacao powder
 100 ml coconut milk
 ¼ cup cacao nibs to decorate
 ½ cup berries to decorate (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
 ice-cream of choice (optional)
METHOD:

Put the banana, avocado, nut butter, cacao powder, & coconut milk into a blender and whiz until smooth.

Pour into 4 serving bowls, then cover and chill for 30 minutes or until set.

When ready to serve, serve with scattered cacao nibs and berries of choice, along with your favourite ice-cream.
